Fauvism has a lot of bright colors. It reminds me of cubism. The paintings have a lot going on in them and are very bright and bold

Fauvism is characterized by bright colors. This era only lasted a couple years but made a lasting impression. Matisse is one of the main artists of this time period and I think that his works of art seem fun and busy.

These paintings are so good ! I love the use of bright colors hence fauvism lol but I think I like the painting of the lady in the hat the most . I just love the vibrant colors and how the artist kindof used the colors to show shadow or just different deminsion or coloring in her face and outfit.

My favorite painting is the one on the very right. I love how even though the painting is made of dashes, if you look at it long enough it blends into a more complex picture. I also really like the bright colors.

MAKEUP: I really love fauvism. I think this time period was beautiful because it was made up of bright colors & it was a completely different way of creating a piece of art. My favorite piece is the middle

One thing I enjoy about the Fauvist paintings is that they all depict things almost realistically, except there are small things that make them unrealistic, such as perspective or the bright colors. It's interesting to see how they depict things differently than normal.
